I am the original Christmas slut. Charlie Brown, Mariah, Elf, Die Hard. Also, my new (very) grown up book is about Christmas.

Immense in The West Wing but also: Rizzo has my heart. I watched Grease when I was far too young, but I never wanted to be Sandy. I have always wanted to be Stockard Channing.

The only game worth playing. I still play, but it’s getting tougher every year.

The writing, the performances, the unapologetic use of the C word, the unapologetic female-centric story. Melissa McCarthy should have won an Oscar.

I loved musicals when I was young. Gentlemen Prefer Blondes was my style bible for a while. Jane Russell singing that she’s not in condition to wrestle? What’s not to love.

The first time I tried (in my 20s) I didn’t get it. The second time, I fell in love. The fashion, the women, the storylines. I was always a Carrie diehard fan, but I have realised recently just how much levity and power Samantha brought to it. I’m not getting along with the new series unfortunately, so it’s the classics for me. And Aiden for the win obviously.
